From start to finish, Burns did an amazing job installing our backsplash. Jessica, Brian and James were the true professionals. In an area where half the battle is just getting someone to show up, they were great communicators, did an amazing job on time and on budget. Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Brian, Jessica and James. I have to say that this has been the most pleasant, stress-free and professional renovation project we’ve ever done, all thanks to Brian and the team. They have wealth of information and happy to share and recommend ideas/products you wouldn’t otherwise know about. They come on time, do their work on time, keep everything clean and stand behind their work 1000%. I know it’s close to impossible to get anyone half-decent on the cape; I will go as far as say that there probably anyone  near Brian’s caliber anywhere in New England. If you need any time work done, do yourself a favor and reach out to them. They’re always busy but they’re worth the wait, trust me. From the very beginning, both Brian and Jessica were fantastic to work with.   Brian came to the house and was very pleasant and discussed the process with us.

We had Burns Tile do the kitchen backsplash after a full update of the kitchen.   Timing was perfect.  They came in and did an amazing job.  Worked with us on the layout and put up with us when we asked about different options.
They are meticulous in the work they do, as well as ensuring that the area is very well protected.

Cannot say enough good things about them and highly recommend.   If they can fit into your timeframe, or you are willing to wait, you will no be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Burns Tile. We had a serious leak in our shower after a recent renovation, where the tile was installed by a less experienced contractor.

Brian was extremely thorough, from the detailed explanation of his process, to the prep work, installation itself, and the cleanup. The quality of the job compared to the previous work we had done is amazing.

Brian and his team go beyond tile work, and help manage the entire process and give great advice on all of the components that relate to a project. They are very professional, and did a great job keeping the rest of the house clean, and minimizing the impact of the work.

I'd recommend Burns Tile to everyone, and will certainly use them again for future work.

We had a small job for which I was having difficulty finding reliable help. I contacted Burns Tile Installation, and they scheduled me for an estimate. Brian was prompt, professional and explained clearly how the repair would be performed. He also communicated directly with the glass company to ensure both sides had the correct information. Jessica is extremely responsive and organized with their scheduling, and Brian is a professional who takes pride in his work, no matter the size of the job. Brian and Jessica were wonderful to work with. I feel really fortunate someone with this level of skill is willing to take smaller jobs like our small shower and floor refurbish.
